You are warmly invited to our pop up in a pub!

This year I'm doing things a bit differently for Christmas. I've been working with some other local artists and the new landlords at The Lion (my local) to create a unique and cosy pop up. This pop up was inspired by West Bristol Arts Trail, meeting people and realising just how many different artists and makers that I have as neighbours. After chatting this is what we've come up with. Enjoy!

There will be a mix of different handmade items including ceramics, jewellery, illustrations, greeting cards and mixed media pieces and more. All created by the artists and makers of Cliftonwood. This is a chance to find really unique gifts for friends and family or even yourself. All of us will be there so you also get to discover the stories and inspirations behind the items that you buy.

The Lion is hosting us and there will be mulled wine and mince pies to get you in the festive mood.

BUBA ARTS do 3D printing, murals, paintings, hand-tufted rugs and lots more. Their work is vibrant, evoking stories characters and worlds. Find them on Instagram buba_art_love

FIONA WILLIS is inspired by her Devon roots. She makes original images using pen & ink, watercolour, homemade collage papers and words.

ELIZABETH HUNTER is an artist making landscape based semi abstract paintings and prints using a variety of mixed media including oil, inks and collage.

JAMES NEWBOLD makes domestic stoneware pottery, alongside more decorative pieces including Raku and alternative firing techniques and ceramic earrings.

HANDI GLASS make colourful fused glass ornaments and table wear and have been making and learning for over 10 years.

PORTIA HIBBERT works with bold colours, celebrating textures, nature and emotions. She loves sharing her experiences and emotions through painting, primarily using oils and acrylics.

RACHEL MCNALLY I make ceramics and am fascinated by the process as much as the finished result. I try to show this in my work...and this is my website!
